We can get caught up in illusions of the past or worries about the future and lose sight of what is in front of us right now. When we are present we have the opportunity to see clearly. We have the choice to wipe away the illusions of our limiting thoughts and beliefs and step into our power, which is ALWAYS available in the present moment.
Starting now, if you find yourself struggling in a familiar pattern (who doesn’t??) take a step back. Pause and breathe.
Be WILLING to let go of restricted ways of seeing things, wipe the lens of your perception and open up to what is beyond the conditioned beliefs of the mind.
Be willing to seek deeper meaning and an underlying truth and you will find it. Allow your inner sight to guide you.
